Last October 29, November 5&6, 2020, the Center for Innovative Teaching and learning (CiTL) held a 3-day training on Design Thinking for Classroom Instruction to the faculty of the College of Technology. The webinar aimed at not only using design thinking for social innovation but also to teach Design Thinking as a course. Moreover, the webinar included workshops on empathy, persona, and others. The participants were overjoyed at their new learning as they crafted various innovations and presented to the group.
