CITL Team Preps for 2022

The whole USTP Community will be up for something greater and more exciting this year as CiTL team members held plans for 2022 during their Strategic Planning last January 5-7, 2022.
Dr. Amparo Vedua-Dinagsao set the preliminaries by revisiting CiTL accomplishments in the year 2021.
The CiTL Team shared their ideas on how to improved the programs.
Headed by Dr. Amphie Vedua-Dinagsao, backed up by the four (4) program heads Mr. Arvin Narvaza, Engr Aileen Sieras, Engr Lloyd Jhon Estampa, and the new addition to the team, Engr Jasper Jay Jementiza, and consultant Engr Rojien Morcilla, CiTL looked into the gaps, issues and challenges they encountered while conducting the training a activities they have in 2021.

CiTL Team analyze and strategies on some areas of the plans/programs plotted for the year 2022.
Some of the activities that the team has finalized for 2022 are CPD accredited training for CDIO, Design Thinking and Continuous Faculty Retooling for Teaching Flexible Learning, focused training on the Basic CDIO framework with the College of Engineering and Architecture, enhanced and more sessions for the Faculty Mentoring-Coaching Program (FMCP), improved implementation of the Learning Continuity Review Program (LCRP) and Sharing of the Flexible Teaching Learning practices by the Teaching Excellence Awards winners.
