CiTL Preps for ISO
In full support to the university, CiTL staff, headed by their Director Dr Amphie Dinagsao, ready for the ISO surveillance visit on April 28-29, 2021.
As practiced, CiTL staff maintains soft copies of their files via Google Drive, hold weekly meetings and conduct quarterly consultations with the Director. Moreover, the center practices continuous improvement by empowering their staff and allowing them to suggest, and plan out processes that make the center's services better.
The CiTL Staffs made their snackbox meeting every Monday for the whole week tasks identification and updates which includes the ISO preparations .
Dr. Amparo Vedua-Dinagsao & Mr. Arvin E. Narvaza together with the CiTL Staffs made their mock audit for the upcoming ISO Surveillance Visit.
With the upcoming audit, the members of the CiTL staff is all set as they have, with the strong leadership of their Director, meticulously followed their set standard procedures, ensured quality service to their faculty-clientele, and practiced quality improvement in their office.
The CiTL Team positively accomplished the mock audit and looking forward for continuous improvements for the betterment service of the center headed by Dr. Amparo Vedua-Dinagsao.
