Mr. Carl Angelo Suasola shared his experiences on using online tools for better efficiency to the Senior High School Office Staffs.
During their Midyear Evaluation and Planning, the Senior High School department headed by Principal, Engr Lloyd Jhon B Estampa and Academic Head Mr Arvin Narvaza invited the five ( 5) CiTL office staff to share how they managed their tasks, practiced collaboration and used various applications for work efficiency and effectiveness.
Mr. Rasheed Jim Jardinico talked about the team's snack box where they plan, share, and strategize their approach to accomplish their tasks. Engr. Wilfred Clark Sevilla shared how they maintain the branding of the center as well as some tips on designing infographics and posters while Engr Carl Suasola talked about beating deadlines using multi-tasking and a positive attitude. Furthermore, Ms Alyana Grace tapay shared how they used online GANTT charting apps like Asana to track their schedule and track their tasks while Ms Leah Tabosares on writing communications, and some characteristics and attitudes that helped them run activities smoothly.
Mr. Wilfred Clark Sevilla shared his experiences on how to CITL made their layout, design and brands effectively.
Ms. Alyana Grace Tapay shared her experiences on how CiTL staffs made their tasking more easier by using project management tool and making detailed activity reports.
Ms. Leah Mae Tabosares shared her experiences on how CiTL conduct its continuous quality improvement and ensured that the activities are properly documented from its budget down to its implementation.
As CiTL conducts several trainings in a month, it is noteworthy that its team, the office staff, the program heads and the director create a niche of dynamic individuals that get things done in the most efficient and effective way.
